How do I book a session?

All sessions can be booked and paid for online. I have live online availablity, so you can book at a time and date that suits you. To book an initial consultation or session please click here.

How do I book my 30 minute free consultation and what does it entail?

See my live availablility and book online here. We will discuss how the sessions work and I will learn more about you and the types of areas/topics you would like to cover. From the initial consultation, I will let you know if we are a good coaching match. If not I will try to help you find a coach who is good fit. Please note if you fail to attend the free consultation, or let me know that you are not attending/wish to cancel, you will not be offered another free consultation.

What's Your Cancellation Policy?

A full copy of the 'Terms and Conditions' can be seen here. All single session consultations can be rescheduled or refunded up to 48 hours before the consultation start time. Consultations cancelled 24-48 hours before the session start time no refunds are available, however, the appointment can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. Consultations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the booking start time, cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Client’s on the pre-paid packages; Bronze package are required to give 48 hours before the session start time notice, Silver or Gold packages are 24 hours’ notice. If a Client on a pre-paid package fails to give notice within those periods, they will be charged one full session. The Coach has the right to cancel an appointment at short notice. Though this is rare and as much notice as possible will be given. The Client will have the option to re-book the session or be given a refund.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Yes, all sessions must be paid for in advance at the time of booking to secure the session. A copy of your booking will be emailed to you and all bookings are paid for via Paypal.

Are my sessions kept confidential?

All sessions are kept confidential unless I am required to disclose any details by Law. I take notes during the sessions but these will be for my use only, so I can track your progress. You can see a full copy of my Privacy Policy here.

What happens if I turn up late to a session?

It is important you arrive on time for all sessions. If you do happen to be late, you will receive only the remaining time left for that session. Unfortunately we cannot give you extra time due to the next schedulled client.

Where does the coaching take place?

Coaching takes place online or phone. The most popular method is phone coaching. The type of coaching you prefer can be choosen at the initial consultation. Please also see further details here.

How do I know if coaching is for me?

Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. It is the Client’s responsibility to manage their own mental health, including obtaining necessary exams and ongoing professional support as needed. Coaching should be a supplement to such a support system but not as a replacement for it. For further details please also see here.
