This section explains what data we store, how we store it, and what we do with it:
All your personal data is stored by RLC in; an online database, our agency email system, personal computers and offline as a private hard copy file in a lockable cabinet and is never shared with third parties.
RLC is a Life Coaching business working nationally and internationally. We retain previous work contracts and client notes, which may contain your basic details such as; date of birth, email and address. These are retained for a maximum of 6 years, after which all details will be securely disposed of. RLC shall review its retention of such data on a 6-year basis and RLC shall not sell or rent your information to any third parties.
Non-sensitive details (email addresses etc.) are usually transmitted over the internet and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, whilst RLC makes every endeavour to have the appropriate malware/virus protection installed alongside our IT department, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. RLC shall continue to make best efforts in ensuring your data is secure on our systems.
RLC requests your consent to the terms outlined in this policy with regards to RLC holding and processing your data. You have the choice to withdraw consent. Please call the office if you need to discuss further, otherwise, we will take this as your consent. We acknowledge that you have the right at any point to ask for your data to be fully deleted.
